The ideal candidate will support the kitchen’s daily operations by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation. This role is essential to keeping the kitchen running smoothly and ensuring chefs have what they need to provide excellent food service.
Key Responsibilities:

Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and food preparation areas

Assist with basic food prep as required

Organise and store deliveries safely and efficiently

Ensure waste disposal and recycling procedures are followed

Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods
